FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmosurgery, and can be used for carrying out repeated Lasik. A primary incomplete corneal valve (PICV) is formed under femtosecond laser radiation. After forming the PICV, with keeping it down, a secondary corneal valve (SCV) of the diameter of 9.5-10.0 mm and of the thickness of 120-140 mcm is formed concentrically to the PICV. Then the SCV is lifted, and laser ablation of a stromal bed is conducted. A sub-valve space is washed; the SCV is stretched out and placed on the formed stromal bed.
EFFECT: method ensures reducing a risk of iatrogenic keratectasia, conducting ametropia correction as soon as possible and enabling high visual acuity.
