FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: cut is performed by narrowly focused laser pulses of femtosecond duration with a wavelength of 1053 nm at the "IntraLase FS" installation. A horizontal incision is performed with an energy of 1.55-1.65 mcJ at a depth of 90-100 mcm with a diameter of 9.5-10.5 mm. A lateral incision is performed with an energy of 1.65-1.75 mcJ with a distance of 6-8 mcm between adjacent laser pulses and a distance of 6-8 mcm between adjacent laser lines in the formation of the incision plane.
EFFECT: method ensures the minimum energy impact of a femtosecond laser on the children's corneal stroma while forming the flap, which has a gentle effect, leading to a rapid restoration of cornea innervation and trophism.
