FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology. Essence of method: corneal flap is formed under local anesthesia by means of femtosecond laser with further eximer laser ablation of corneal stroma. If complications develop, recomputation of ablation parameters is carried out and corneal valve is re-formed by means of mechanical microkeraome, depth of corneal valve formation is increased by not less than 0.5 mm, diameter of ablation zone being reduced by value, not less than 0.5 mm, depending on average thickness of cornea. After that, eximer laser ablation of corneal stroma is performed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of recurrent complications, ensures minimal disorders of cornea biomechanics and contributes to achievement of high functional results.
