FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely ophthalmology, and can be used for treating peripheral retinal ruptures, vitreochoryretinal dystrophy or local retinal detachment in limited visualisation of an eye ground periphery. Two minimally invasive ports are formed in a flat portion of a ciliary body for a light guide and a laser tip. A pathological change zone is brought into a visualised area with using a scleral compression technique. It is followed by laser coagulation surrounding a pathologically changed zone through a residual vitreous body with using a sliding bent laser tip without vitrectonomy.
EFFECT: method provides adequate visualisation during treatment, blocking of a pathological zone with laser coagulates to the full extent that reduces a risk of development or extension of retinal detachment.
