FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to calcium-phosphate ceramic materials, intended for manufacturing bone implants and/or replacement of defects in case of various bone pathologies. In order to reduce degree of aggregation and increase of specific surface area precipitated powders, obtained as a result of chemical interaction, are kept in mother liquor for not less than 14 days and washed with ethanol. After drying ultra-dispersive powders with specific surface area not less than 210 m2/g are obtained. By its composition nanosized powders consist of hydroxyapatite and calcium carbonate.
EFFECT: high specific surface of powders makes it possible to use them for obtaining biomaterials with fine-dispersive or nanocrystalline structure.
