FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for the biomimetic synthesis of Sr-containing carbonated hydroxyl-apatite, modified with brushite, approximated to the inorganic bone matrix, from a model solution of human synovial fluid of man, comprising preparation of an inorganic substance, for this purpose, a model medium of the specified composition: CaCl2 - 0.67155 g/l, Na2HPO4⋅12H2O - 7.4822 g/l, NaCl - 2.8798 g/l, NaHCO3 - 2.0160 g/l, MgCl2⋅6H2O - 0.4764 g/l, Na2SO4 - 1.6188 g/l, KCl - 0.34727 g/l and distilled water, is prepared in an artificial medium. The concentration of Sr ions should be 0.6715 g/l, precipitation is performed at pH 7.4 for 21 days. The resulting precipitate is filtered, dried at 100°C for 4 hours.
EFFECT: material can be used for treatment of patients suffering from osteoporosis and taking Sr-containing drugs.
