FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of medicine and to the creation of new biomedical materials. Method for biomimetic synthesis of Sr-containing carbonate hydroxylapatite, which is modified with brushite, which is approximated to the inorganic matrix of the bone, from the model solution of the synovial fluid of man, which includes the preparation of an inorganic substance in the artificially created medium, for the preparation of which distilled water is used, CaCl2 – 0.6715 g/l, Na2HPO4⋅12H2O – 7.4822 g/l, NaCl – 2.8798 g/l, NaHCO3 – 2.0160 g/l, MgCl2⋅6H2O – 0.4764 g/l, Na2SO4 – 1.6188 g/l, KCl – 0.3427 g/l and SrCl2⋅6H2O in the amount providing for the concentration of Sr – 0.6715 g/l. Precipitation is carried out at the pH of 7.4 for 14 days. Precipitate is filtered and dried at 100 °C for 4 hours.
EFFECT: use of the method allows to obtain the powder material based on Sr-containing carbonate hydroxylapatite and brushite, which can be used by traumatologists and orthopedists during treatment of patients suffering from osteoporosis and taking Sr-containing drugs, as well as for the development of new forms of medicines that facilitate the targeted delivery of medicines.
