FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer production ACS. Proposed method comprises measuring angular speed and screw torque, temperature in heating and extrusion zones, pressure in extrusion zone, converting measured signals in digital codes, transmitting them via communication channel to operator's board. Note here that, additionally, mathematical description of extrusion and measured magnitudes are used to simulate screw rotation and material transfer, calculate in real time the distribution of pressure and temperature in channel and extrusion zone, and synthesize animated image on operator's panel.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of observation and control of extrusion parameters.
