SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel compounds- unsaturated fatty hydroxy acid of general formula 
, where Rn=R1=R=H, and 10≤n≤14, except 16-hydroxy-2- hexadecenoic acid and 15-hydroxy-2-pentadecenoic acid; or where Rn=R=H, R1=F, CI or Br, and 5≤n≤14. These unsaturated fatty hydroxy acids are suitable for obtaining an antiradical, anti-inflammatory, antipruritic dermatocosmetological composition and/or for treating disorders associated with keratinisation and pigmentation and/or for accelerating wound healing. The unsaturated fatty hydroxy acids of general formula (I) can also be used to prepare a dermatocosmetological composition for treating psoriasis, itching and/or atopic dermatitis.
EFFECT: high efficiency of using the composition.
