SUBSTANCE: tester of 100 accumulator batteries is intended for efficient obtaining of internal characteristics of accumulator battery 150. Battery storage battery tester 100 comprises measurement unit 110, controller 140, bidirectional power converter 120 and power accumulation unit 130 such that energy collected from storage battery 150 during inspection, stored in power accumulation unit 130 and returned back to accumulator battery 150. Tester 100 of accumulator batteries implements check with pulse of strong current and check with excitation during switching, with modified optimization algorithm by swarm particle method for analysis of accurate model parameters, which can be used to describe general state of storage battery 150.

EFFECT: efficient tester of accumulator batteries is proposed.
