FIELD: wastewater treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for treating wastewater containing VKF-093 paintwork material at a concentration of 1020 to 2000 mg O2/l, and can be used in light industry enterprises and in the automotive industry. The method consists in adding a solution of acid H2SO4 to a pH value of 2.0-3.0 into the waste water containing the paintwork material VKF-093, and adding didecyldimethylammonium chloride with stirring at a mass ratio of the paintwork material to be removed to the introduced substance of 1:[0.003-0.005]. Then, an organic flocculant polyacrylamide granular sulfate PAA-GS is additionally introduced at a mass ratio of the extracted paint and varnish material to the introduced flocculant in terms of the main substance of 1:[0.008-0.01], followed by the electroflotation extraction of the formed particles from the purified water.
EFFECT: increasing the degree of extraction of the VKF-093 paintwork material to 98.8-99.8% and expanding the range of initial concentrations of the VKF-093 paintwork material from 1020 to 2000 mg O2/l while maintaining a high degree of extraction of the VKF-093 paintwork material.
