FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: device for measuring deviation of shape of optical surfaces has a coherent radiation source, a light-dividing element, a collimator lens, a lens with a reference surface and controlled surface, as well as a system for projecting an interference pattern onto a CCD matrix, connected through a recording unit to a computer and a system for superposing autocollimation points with a CCD camera lying on an optical axis, connected to a monitor. The system for superposing autocollimation points includes a volume-diffusion screen (VDS), made in form of a sphere with cut-off segments of optically transparent scattering material. There are additional two CCD cameras placed perpendicular to the optical axis, connected to an additional monitor.

EFFECT: rapid measurement with simultaneous simplification of the procedure of setting up the device.
