FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: interferometre for controlling the shape of optical components has optically connected source of optical radiation, a light-dividing element, a collimating lens, a reference optical element, a controlled component, a diaphragm, a first and a second projection lens, a first and a second video camera. The video cameras are electrically connected with at least one image display unit. The optical axis of the second projection lens and the second video camera passes through the centre of the diaphragm at an angle α to the optical axis which joins the centre of the diaphragm and the collimating lens. The plane of the diaphragm which is external with respect to the first video camera is optically connected to the plane of the second video camera through the second projection lens.

EFFECT: simple design, smaller size, reduced loss of optical radiation and high accuracy of adjusting the interferometre.
