FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises aircraft model holder, aerodynamic force and moment metre, L-like frame, engine, device to convert engine shaft rotation into vertical bar translational vibrations, model angular oscillation mechanism including sine mechanism, vertical bar to secure model top part to aforesaid holder by means of plate secured to model in-fuselage platform. Note here that said plate accommodates lower support whereto secured is one end of aerodynamic force and moment metre while its another end is secured in upper support whereon adapter is arranged inside aforesaid holder. Note here that metre axis should be aligned with model lengthwise axis while center of mass of said model should be aligned with model oscillation axis and metre moment point that makes the metre origin.
