FIELD: test technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental research of aircrafts in wind tunnels (WT) and can be used in investigation of non-stationary aerodynamic characteristics of aircraft models in WT. Disclosed is a device for investigating non-stationary aerodynamic characteristics of a model in a WT, comprising a holder, an elastic hinge with a strain gauge of measuring the rotation angle of the model and the tensometric balance, a bracket for attaching the model, device for cocking-releasing model, wherein hinge is made with bearings installed along model oscillation axis, and one or several pairs of elastic elements, wherein elastic elements are installed with preliminary voltage.
EFFECT: technical result is expansion of types and assemblies of tested AC models, increased flow rates and Reynolds numbers in WT, increased safety of tests, high accuracy of measurements, enabling accurate simulation of the dimensionless frequency of oscillations of the model with non-dynamically similar models, low cost of testing at several values of given oscillation frequencies.
