FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device contains adapter to secure the tested model installed using the hinge joint with possibility of free rotation within set limits on the bottom holder located in the work part of the air tunnel, sensor of the adapter angular position, force metering element and gear of adapter installation and start-up from set initial angle relatively to the holder in form of a pneumatic cylinder located along axis in the holder body; cylinder rod is connected with latch and catcher made with contacts surfaces inclined and longitudinal relatively to the holder axis, the contact surfaces interact during the rod movement with a cam secured on the adapter at specified initial angle. The cam if made in form of a plane insert with three contact elements at different height, at that contact surfaces of the catcher are created on the front part of the rod at levels corresponding to position of the cam contact elements. The latch is made in form of bushing installed on the holder surface with possibility of the longitudinal movement, the bushing interacts with the external side surfaces of the cam and with rod of the pneumatic cylinder by means of the tow bar located in the longitudinal slot of the rod. The hinge joint is installed in ring bodies made on the cantilever part of the holder spaced relatively its longitudinal axis and connected with it by means of the resilient longitudinal beams with tension converters, respectively connected in bridge measuring circuits. At that the specified beams are connected with the holder body by means of two rigid cantilevered longitudinal beams created on the holder body and four transversely installed arc-like jumpers, their ends are connected with side facets of the longitudinal resilient and rigid cantilevered beams, and transverse arc-like jumpers are made in form of parallelograms with resilient arc-like beams, on their surface the tension converters are installed and connected in bridge measuring circuits.
EFFECT: widening of nomenclature of the determined aerodynamic characteristics of aircraft models, reliability improvement of the device operation, improvement of test accuracy.
