FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to the area of medicine and can be used for early diagnostics of skin manifestations in course of infectious vasculitis. In order to do that the microcirculation parameters in the patient skin are measured. It is done by using the laser Doppler flowmetry apparatus to measure microcirculation parameters sequentially in four points on the body surface: on the skin of inner wrist surface, on the border of upper and medium third of inner arm surface, on the stomach skin and on the front lower leg surface. On the basis of indications received with thermo probes at the same points the reserve of capillary blood flow is detected that reflects the presence of microvascular skin disorders.
