FIELD: medicine, vascular diagnostics.

SUBSTANCE: one should fulfill registration of rate values of blood microcirculation (MV) at rest due to laser Doppler flowmetry technique followed by registering MV in the course of thermotest. Thermotest deals with local heating the skin up to 37°C and calculating average MV data. Moreover, one should carry out the analysis of the obtained temporary row due to the method of uninterrupted wavelet-transformation to determine the values for the modules of wavelet-coefficients (WC) and compare average MV data and WC values in initial state and in the course of thermotest. Depending upon the character in the alteration of these values one should state upon the following types of reactions: hyporeactivity; opening of arterioles' sphincters without affecting their automation and the tonicity of sympathetic department of autonomic nervous system (SD ANS); opening of arterioles; sphincters at decreasing their automation and the tonicity of SD ANS; decreased automation at decreased tonicity of SD ANS that shows the processes of regulation of microcirculation tract being of different direction in neonatals in case of altering temperature conditions of environment. The declared technique enables to increase information value of diagnostics of the state of autonomic regulation of microcirculation tract in neonatals.
