METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC A61B10/00

Abstract RU 2441598 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to the field of medicine, namely to cardiology and laboratory diagnostics. The blood serum is used for diagnostics of cardiovascular diseases. The blood is sampled into evacuated blood collection receptacle, centrifuged, then the supernatant is put on glass slide covered in aluminum foil. The facies are produced using cuneated dehydration and photographed using scanning electronic microscope. The images are analyzed with estimation of expression of crystallization areas - central, intermediate and peripheral, as well as the type of crystals, with simultaneous X-ray spectral analysis of map of elements distribution in the area. In case of expansion of peripheral zone with spherical crystals present in it and decalcination in the center stable angina is diagnosed. In case of decrystallization of peripheral zone together with expansion of central zone and phosphorus percent by weight>0.5% the myocardial infarction is diagnosed. In case of absence of clear zonal distribution, increase of radial cracks number, movement of most of the crystals mass from central zone to peripheral together with carbon percent by weight >10% and absence of magnesium and calcium in center the hypertension is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method provides for increased effectiveness of diagnostics of cardiovascular diseases due to objectification of results accounting using the registration of facies components of blood serum in X-ray spectral analysis.
