FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to the area of medicine and constitutes the use of oral nutritional compound, containing (a) amino acids as sole protein source, (b) fat and (c) carbohydrates where the composition of amino acids contains at least L-alanine, L-arginine, L-aspartic acid, Lcystine, glycine, L-histidine, L-isoleucine, L-lysine, L-mentionine, L-phenylalanine, L-prolyne, L-serine, L-treonine, L-tryptophane, L-tyrosine, L-valine, L-carnitine and taurine; fat contains long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acid; and carbohydrates contain dietary fibers; for production of medical products for intake as sole daily protein source or as nutritional supplement for exclusory diets where said amino acids in nutritional compound are the single daily source of protein or partially compensate the deficiencies caused by the exclusion of particular proteins from the diet.
EFFECT: improved treatment of general development disorders.
