FIELD: obtaining nitrocellulose fines.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to the area of obtaining nitrocellulose fines for energetiс compounds and involves the methods for obtaining nitrocellulose fines as a whole. The method comprises preparation of nitrocellulose fiber water suspension, ethyl acetate dosing, adding emulsifiers, water-soluble salts, solvent distillation and drying. The suspension nitrocellulose fiber longer 63 мm and less than 10-15 weight fractions of water to 1 weight fraction of cellulose nitrates shall be performed during mixing for 5-10 minutes with 1.0-10.5 mass percent of emulsifier/water ratio. Then 1.5-2.5 of ethyl acetate weight fractions to 1 weight fraction of cellulose nitrates shall be introduced three times, in equal parts, 15 minutes after, as emulsion ethyl acetate: water in the 1:1 ratio. The dispersion shall be mixed for 45-50 minutes until varnish parts are formed, then sodium sulphite is introduced.
EFFECT: decrease in granulated cellulose nitrate cellulose polydispersity, a decrease in the solvent consumption standards and the process duration decrease.
