FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method is used for preparing food on an industrial scale through vacuum microwave processing. The method uses a vacuum microwave device which has a resonator with a peripheral area, a rotating disk with numerous sections; whereas the sections are positioned around the peripheral area of the resonator and the rotating disk is rotating around the resonator of the microwave device. The sections are filled with food and the said food is dehydrated in them.
EFFECT: production of low-fat long-storage ready-to-eat snack food from raw ingredients.
