FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, gynecology and obstetrics, and relates to a method of forecasting the formation of feto-placental insufficiency in patients with threatening miscarriage in the first trimester of pregnancy. The essence of the method is in calculating leukocyte index of intoxication on the basis of the received common blood test and evaluates its performance in early pregnancy. If the value of leukocyte index of intoxication from 1.5 to 3.0, then predict the formation of feto-placental insufficiency.
EFFECT: using the method allows to predict the formation of feto-placental insufficiency in patients with threatening miscarriage in the first trimester of pregnancy with high accuracy.
