FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: display screen comprises light emitting, dichroic and Fresnel lens layers; the light emitting layer contains plenty of parallel and separate light emitting strips and parallel strips spacers interlacing with the light emitting strips; each strip absorbs the excitation light with the excitation waves length necessary for emitting of the visible light with the visible waves length which differs from the excitation waves length; each spacer, an optically reflecting installation, is located between two allied light emitting strips; the dichroic layer is formed over the light emitting layer for receipt and transmission of the excitation light wherein the dichroic layer reflects the visible light emitted by the light emitting layer; the Fresnel lens layer is located so as to direct the excitation light onto the dichroic layer at that the dichroic layer is located between the Fresnel lens layer and the light emitting layer.
