FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises two optical channels, a gyroscopic unit and arrester; the gyroscopic unit contains an outer frame gimbal-mounted to the device casing and an inner frame with a flywheel and gyroengine gimbal-mounted on the outer frame, and magnetic corrector; the magnetic corrector returns the inner frame through no-contact magnetic interaction with the flywheel to the zero position; each of the optic channels contains object lens and prismatic optical image stabilization unit fixed to the inner frame of the gyroscopic device; the first channel contains an eyelens; the second optical channel contains a liquid-crystal screen and operation unit; the gyroscopic unit has fluidal damping units; the flywheel is mounted rigidly to the axis of the gyroengine with the center of gravity located in the intersection of rotation axis of the inner and outer frames; the fixtures free side of the flywheel is in the no-contact magnetic interaction with the magnetic corrector; the gyroengine casing interacts with the fixing element of the arrester unit.
EFFECT: enhancement of the efficiency of tracking and photographic recording of moving objects from hands by the operator positioned on movable objects.
