SUBSTANCE: invention refers to confectionery industry. The methods includes preparation of mixture containing cocoa powder, grape seed powder and Carob, and also stevioside included with no preliminary grinding. The received mixture is mixed within 0-15 minutes with liquefied cacao butter or its substitute. After that the mass is further grinded and conched. At this the initial component will have the next ration of mass.%: cocoa powder 20.0-26.5, grape seed 15.0-20.7, Carob 20.0-51.0, stevioside 0.1-0.3, cocoa butter or its substitute 32.0-33.5.

EFFECT: invention ensures increase of product biological value, prevention of oxidation damage as well as improvement of taste and aroma due to use of grape seed powder, Carob and stevioside.
