SUBSTANCE: glaze is proposed containing fat components, cocoa products, dairy products, brazzein or thaumatin and food fibres. Brazzein or thaumatin is contained in amount of 0.003% to 10% of the total weight of the product, fat components: 5-30% of the total weight of the product, cocoa products: 10-30% of the total weight of the product, dairy products: 1-25% of the total weight of the product, food fibres: 1-10% of the total weight of the product.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at creation of a confectionary product with low content of sucrose.
