SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment and provides safety. It can be used for the determination of the operator's psychophysical state, in educational and testing systems, in medical diagnostics and physiological experiments. The video camera for measuring and determination of the eye movements contains the radiating converter 1 to the video signal which output is connected with the frame former 2, and digital signal processor 6. The video camera is additionally equipped with the unit for the positioning of the pupil or any other specific element of the eye bulb 3. Herewith the output of the frame former 2 is connected with the input of the unit for the positioning of the pupil or any other specific element of the eye bulb 3 which first and second outputs are connected with the corresponding inputs of the digital signal processor 6. In the unit for the pupil positioning 3 the informational is reduced by choosing one of the N frames and defining the information about the pupil position in each of the N frames.

EFFECT: volume of the information operating the digital signal processor for image correction is considerably reduced which leads to the system operation improvement.
