SUBSTANCE: reservoir with reagent is put into the measuring cassette for the biological sample performance measurement. The reservoir includes the unit for the reagent storing that contains at least one zone where the reagent is storing and intends to contact the biological sample; adhesive top layer insulating at least one zone where the reagent is storing. This top layer is torn off to pour the reagent at least from one zone when the reservoir with the reagent is put into the measuring cassette.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to simplify the manipulations and minimize the measurement time.
