SUBSTANCE: invention refers namely to restorative orthopedics and traumatology as the means of orthopedic influence. The integrated ortopedic-physiological system contains the elastic ledges made with the possibility of power influence on the patient body including tangentially to its surface. Opposite lateral surfaces of elastic ledges are made with various angles of slope for the tangential influence due to the horizontal shift of the top part of the ledges. The system is executed with the possibility of restricted influences in the set directions at the expense of a combination of ledges and their orientation against the backbone axis, including compression of the parts of the body or cross-section shift of ledges against the backbone in the case of scoliosis.
EFFECT: technical result stipulates the multifunctional discrete influence of cellular structure on various parts of the body, and also possibility of the set change of position of the body due to the rigid transformed basis.
