FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: machine used to load charge material to metallurgy furnace includes frame on which the bin with charge material is installed and supply mechanism to load charge materials into the furnace. It is equipped with devices for weighting of charge materials and device for its loading into technological package which consists of two belt conveyors of channel form located under the rails and equipped with double lockers with pneumatic drive, frame and four supports. The frame is made as a movable platform with drive moving along the rails and technological package installed on it. Mechanism of charge loading into the furnace is made as a device for charge pushing into the furnace starting rack mechanism with drive and drive used for movement along the rail consists of reverse engine, sleeve, reducer and V-belt transmission.
EFFECT: higher reliability and high level of mechanization of charge materials loading into the metallurgical furnace.
