SUBSTANCE: plant incorporates device for removal of contaminants from the charge in its loading to forces. It consists of grate, accumulation bin and box with contaminant removal handle, guides and two retainers to fasten the box to guides. Note here that support is secured at vibrating loader welded frame to fasten the loading chute with loading chute arranged there above. Note here that loading chute has rear wall and two lateral walls and is welded of sheet steel. Machine vibrating mechanism consists of two unbalance centrifugal vibrators secured at two plate supports welded to loading chute lateral walls. Device to remove contaminants from the charge at loading is arranged a loading chute mid part. Note here that said charge loader consists of five bins with air-driven vibrators, plate conveyor, loading barrel and telpher with electronic scales to weight charge materials of up to 3 tons.
EFFECT: higher reliability, mechanised feed of charge materials.
