FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device support is made up of through T-shaped groove of appropriate sizes arranged in material of tube active section. Note here that both tube active sections with supports and jet forming panels are injection moulded from appropriate thermoplastic material. The latter are produced with T- or crosslike profile with their vertical sections used to accommodate conoidal or conoidal-conical orifices in appropriate number and with appropriate arrangement while horizontal sections are used for heating for welding, or, in case detachable joint between jet forming panel and support is used, for arranging them along perimetre of holes of appropriate shape so that fasteners may be fitted in through bottom. Said fasteners are self-threading screws to fix jet forming panel via seal gasket in appropriate support.
