FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing a distribution manifold for installing elements of the formation of jet streams of extended shape made of thermoplastic components and materials on it. Method includes articulating one another by welding or gluing individual components from thermoplastic materials and horizontal pipe sections, and also the use of vertical branch pipes for releasable articulation with them and with each other, which are installed in the staggered order of the shells of the jet stream forming elements having a nozzle bottom on the edges, and at the top, along the edges, are the inlet openings for accommodating the nozzles of the bodies of the jet stream forming elements or the T-profile bushing, respectively. Fixation of this position is effected by means of fixing nuts and sealing rings of appropriate diameter and threaded connecting studs arranged through corresponding holes in the bodies of the jet forming elements and equipped with sealing rings of the bushings. Each of the bodies of the jet stream forming elements is made with a rectangular shaped chamfered lodgment for articulating with it through the fastening elements. After the injection molding of the jet stream forming elements, the distance between the centers of the nozzles of their bodies is measured. Further, they are manufactured by molding thermoplastic materials under pressure, using as part of the workpieces sections of pipes of appropriate thickness and diameter, required number of vertical nozzles of at least one height or two multi-high for the subsequent one-piece joint of one surface with a horizontal pipe. Other surface of the nozzles is made with a chamfer used to house the sealing ring, to accommodate through it the housing casing of the corresponding jet stream forming element and / or the lower part of the T-profile of the bushing. As a horizontal section of the distribution manifold, a thick-walled pipe with the appropriate zone of blasting length and diameter is used. In a pipe, through distances corresponding to the distance between the centers of the nozzles of the shells using the jet stream forming elements, mechanically form coaxially placed at opposite ends of its diameter, horizontal platforms and openings. Horizontal platforms serve for articulation with the surface of the fastening nut. Diameter of the holes is equal to the inner diameter of the vertical nozzles. When an even number of installed formed elements of jet streams of an extended shape,are used at least two different in height, to the height of the junction with them the body of formed element of the jet streams of the extended shape the type-size of the vertical nozzles, and when the odd-one.
EFFECT: simplification of the method of manufacturing the distribution manifold, reducing the associated labor costs, increasing the reliability of the construction and straightforwardness of the received pipelines of the distribution manifold, while reducing the number of necessary components and expanding the functionality and types using jet-forming nozzles and materials.
