SUBSTANCE: centres of active section pipe ID and OD are shifted at least in and around the jet-forming panel location. This shift is produced by extrusion of thermosetting bar. At use of pipe active section with at least one jet-forming panel, water is fed perpendicular to said panel or at an angle. Besides, active and/or passive pipe sections are interconnected or connected with auxiliary components. Vertical section of jet-forming panel is sphere-shaped to radius equal to that of the pipe active section. Mushroom-like plug is used to connection with pipe inner surface sleeve and mushroom-like part radius equal to that of appropriate pipe length.
