FIELD: thermoplastic piping.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a method for manufacturing active sections of a distribution manifold made of thermoplastic materials and components, which ensure formation of jet streams. The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that the active section of the collector is made by moulding a thermoplastic material under pressure into a mould with a branch pipe formed directly in its material for a permanent connection directly or through a detachable connector with water supply fittings and nozzle holes, and with a cover connected to it, while a split coupling or a collet clamp is used as a detachable connector. When hydromassaging using the active section of the collector, a serial permanent connection is used as a water supply fitting, depending on the length of the blasting zone formed by the active section, respectively, or two 90° L-pieces, forming a C-shaped structure, the outlet of which is connected by a pipe segment with a 90° L-piece, the outlet of which, through a pipe section, is connected to a coupling for detachable connection of the nut of the water supply hose, or one 90° L-piece, also connected to the latter. When hydromassaging two parts of the human body, a tee is used as a water supply fitting, the inlet pipe of which is connected by a pipe section with a coupling for detachable connection of the nut of the water supply hose, and its outlet nozzles are connected through detachable couplings to the corresponding active sections of the collector pipes. The outlet pipes of the tee are offset by 5-15° in a horizontal plane towards the centre of the tee.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at simplifying the implementation of the active section pipe and water supply to it, reducing its weight and size characteristics, eliminating the possibility of water leakage in the jet stream formation zone and expanding functional and technological capabilities.
