FIELD: soldering parts of different type materials one of which is from titanium carbide or its base alloy used in different machines, mechanisms, high-pressure and high temperature apparatuses.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing between soldered surfaces solder of eutectic copper-titanium alloy with additive of easy-to-melt metals; performing soldering in vacuum; heating while performing intermediate soaking at temperature of generating eutectic at least for 20 min after achieving temperature of melting solder; cooling while soaking at temperature 700 - 750°C at least for 15 min and then cooling till 20°C. Articles produced by such method may be used for operating at temperature up to 700°C.
EFFECT: possibility for producing articles with high strength characteristics and high wear-corrosion resistance.
