FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to moulding-casting device and method of producing preforms and plastic articles reinforced by fibers with the help of said device. Proposed device consists of working plate part and flat plate part integrated to form hollow bulged part wherein system of metal tubes making heat carrier flow line is integrated with bottom surface of working plate part by heat conducting material. Rubber cord is connected with outer section of zone used for moulding or injection moulding in aforesaid flat plate part. Thickness of working plate part makes 1 mm or more and 15 mm or less.
EFFECT: higher quality of finished products.
