FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of modifying octogene involves planting a component. Urethane rubber is dissolved in acetone in weight ratio (0.5…0.7):(12…14), stirred at temperature 20±5°C for 20…30 until a homogeneous solution is obtained. Octogene is sprinkled three times in equal portions for 15…20 minutes, with weight ratio of octogene to rubber equal to 100:(0.5…0.7) and stirred for 50…60 minutes. Acetone is distilled out and dried to constant weight.
EFFECT: improved explosive and operational characteristics of fuel.
