FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: asmol is obtained through reaction of bitumen or asphalt with an absorbent obtained during production of butadiene, isoprene and isobutylene, in the presence of sulphuric acid, with the following ratio of components: 75-85 wt % bitumen or asphalt from propane deasphalting; 8-22 wt % absorbent and sulphuric acid - the rest. At the first step, bitumen or asphalt is mixed with absorbent at temperature 100-115°C, after which sulphuric acid is added to the reaction mixture for 5-6 hours until achieving temperature of the mixture of 120-130°C. At the second step, the obtained mixture is stirred for 2-2.5 hours, and temperature of the mixture is then raised to 135-140°C, after which it is stirred for 4-5 hours. At the third step, temperature of the mixture is raised to 145-155°C and upon attaining this temperature, the mixture is stirred for 4-6 hours to form the end product.
EFFECT: invention increases technological effectiveness of the method and also improves working properties of asmol.
