FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: inertial threshold sensor comprises an inertial body of spherical shape installed as capable of displacement along the sensor axis and at the angle to it. The body of spherical shape is pressed with an elastic element fixed in the body and is made as a flapping membrane that is convex towards the inertial body, having negative stiffness at the section of travel. In the central part of the membrane, there is a conical groove for placement of the inertial body of spherical shape. The membrane is simultaneously a movable electric contact interacting in the end of travel with a fixed electric contact.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of sensor actuation under action of accelerations, including impact pulses of arbitrary shape, higher resistance under conditions of vibration loading and expansion of functional capabilities.
