FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of instrument making, namely to threshold sensors of inertial type, and is intended to control achievement of threshold levels of accelerations of moving objects, including at collision with other objects, for example in traffic accidents. Inertial contact sensor comprises a housing with a support element, an inertial body and a cup located in the inner cavity of the housing. Inertial body is made in the form of a ball located in the inner cavity of the cup, and the side surface of the cup is dissected into longitudinal petals made of elastoplastic material. Body is made in the form of a cup equipped with a projection on the inner side surface and closed by a cover with a central through hole. Inertial body is installed on the support element. Barrel is equipped with a central through hole in the base, through which a rod with a projection at one end passes, which rests on the inner side of the bottom of the shell, on the outer side of which a washer is fixed, which is pressed by the housing cover to the projection of the housing through a dielectric gasket. Rod passes through the through hole of the housing cover.
EFFECT: simpler design and manufacturing technology of the sensor, as well as increased duration of circuit closure while maintaining vibration resistance.
