FIELD: instrumentation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrument making, namely to threshold sensors of inertial type. Threshold sensor of inertial type comprises inertial body arranged in housing, installed with possibility of movement along sensor axis, pressed by means of first elastic element with negative rigidity in section of working stroke, made in form of flexible elastic rod, the central part of which, interacting with the inertial body, is given a convex shape, and the ends of the rod are additionally supported on the inner surface of the sensor housing. Sensor has a movable and a fixed electric contact; the movable electric contact is a second elastic element in the form of a flexible elastic rod, the central part of which, which interacts with the inertial body, is given a convex shape with a large deflection.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of sensor actuation at action along its axis of acceleration, value of which exceeds threshold for acceleration of operation, increased reliability of its electrical contact closure and absence of contact opening under conditions of action on sensor of vibration loads.
