FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, more specifically to assistive technologies in obstetrics. Method for in vitro fertilization (IVF) is proposed, according to which in vitro fertilization is carried out and the embryo is transferred, wherein before carrying the embryo into the uterine cavity, using a catheter, administering the plasma autofibronectin concentrate, uniformly distributing it along the walls, and then holding the above concentrate for 1.5–2 hours exposure to the uterine mucosa.
EFFECT: invention provides improved contact of the embryo with the endometrium.
