FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used in processing articles with fibrous crystal morphology of alloy base plastic deformation of cylindrical thixobillet. Thixobillet is heated to the state of suspension and directly deformed in its superplastic solid phase at initial fraction of liquid phase of 40-45%. In deformation, definite heat, power and kinematic conditions for deformation center formation are provided. At said conditions, flow of suspension in female die opening zone converts into two-phase flow with uniform liquid phase out flux. Portion of liquid phase in extruded suspension is reduced to 10-20%. Two-phase flow with uniform fibrous morphology of solid phase crystals is formed at female die opening outlet.
EFFECT: higher quality and efficiency.
