FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of floor mat. Proposed method consists in making top basic layer from PVC polymer and applying protective coat. Said layer is produced by injection moulding at automatic injection machine to make pan-line billet with tongue and collar over its perimetre, and corrugated outer surface. At least one ledge is formed of face surface of said collar and tongue for cutting and separation of cut parts and adjust finished article for preset size. Then, billet is kept at room temperature and protective canting is applied. Thereafter, layer of decorative patter from UV-cured high-adhesion dye is applied using UV-printer. Obtained decorative patter and pan and tongue inner free flat surfaces are covered by protective coating by spraying elastic polypropylene-based varnish thereon and protective coating is dried.
EFFECT: strong shaped floor mat.
