FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing mixed solid-propellant rocket product. Proposed method comprises preparing fuel mix. It comprises also injection moulding of article at continuous casting installation with screw unloading into vertical injection mould. Besides, it includes article specimen with fuel mix in forming the article by means of sampler. It includes also shutting fuel mix off by splitter at the end of moulding after creation and pressure and polymerisation of article with surplus pressure maintained in the mould together with article specimen. The latter is filled with fuel mix at the end of moulding by sampler mounted vertically on mould top cover. With pressure increasing in mould at the end of moulding, screw rpm is set to 2-5 min-1 in pressurising fuel mix in said mould to (0.8÷1.0) MPa. Continuous casting machine is switched off to cut splitter for closing. Article is polymerised without removing mould top cover and maintaining equal surplus pressure in both mould and article specimen.
EFFECT: high-quality article specimen.
