SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of manufacture of the products out of the blenderized solid fuel. The offered method of manufacture of the product out of the blenderized solid fuel includes molding of the product by casting of the fuel mass under pressure at the installation of the continuous operation with the auger unloading through the blenderized solid fuel mass duct of the molding installation, maintenance of the temperature of the blenderized solid fuel mass in the feed screw at the molding process by feeding of the heat-carrier medium in the housing of the feed screw, the cut-off of the solid fuel mass in the body of the product by the cutting tool after creation in it the pressures and press cure. The product is molded at the rotary speed of the feed screw of the installation of the continuous operation with the linear speed of the outer surface of its ledges of no more than 57 m/minute at maintenance of the temperature of the heat-carrier medium in the cavity of the feed screw of 40 - 60°С, and in the housing of the feed screw - of no more than 30°C, at pressure rise in the solid fuel mass duct reduce the rotary speed of the feed screw to the linear speed of the outer surface of its ledges of 8-24 m/minute; after creation of the pressure in the solid fuel mass duct of 0.8-1.0 MPa they at first disable the installation of the continuous operation, then switch on the cutting tool in the "shut off" position. The invention is aimed at development of the safe method of manufacture of the qualitative solidity product made out of the blenderized solid fuel.

EFFECT: the invention ensures development of the safe method of manufacture of the qualitative solidity product made out of the blenderized solid fuel.
