FIELD: solid propellant manufacturing.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the area of composite solid propellant manufacturing. The method comprises composite propellant manufacturing. The item shall be molded in a vertical capacity-controlled press mold by feeding the composite propellant from below, without compaction by vacuum. The item shall be subjected to pressure polymerization and formed with the composite yield limit increase of 1-5 g/cm2 shall be performed with the linear speed of composite feed to the press mold of 1.2:1.8 cm/min, with the yield limit increase exceeding 5 g/cm2 - with the linear speed of 1.9:4.1 cm/min. EFFECT: item quality increase.
