FIELD: solid fuels.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises: mixing components in mixer cascade consisting of preliminary, averaging, and vacuum mixers having screw discharge, evacuating vacuum mixer in common with stock line, filling stock line with fuel mass, equalizing pressure in vacuum mixer and stock line with atmospheric pressure by means of introducing dried air into vacuum mixer, re-evacuating vacuum mixer, supplying fuel mass to mold, and molding mixed solid fuel therein. Method is characterized by that, prior to supply fuel mass to mold, vacuum mixer is evacuated and then, not later than in 60 sec, screw of vacuum mixer is actuated. During the process interruptions and after the end of product molding, screw of vacuum mixer is first disabled and then, not later than in 60 sec, pressure in vacuum mixer is equalized with atmospheric pressure by means of introducing dried air into vacuum mixer.
EFFECT: avoided encapsulation of air in fuel mass and secured solidity of products.
